Home COO's free tools, including The Home System Starter Guide, don't collect personal information. Everything you type (tasks, tags, and routines) is stored only in your own browser, on your own device. Home COO can't see it, and it isn't sent to us.
Because your information lives in your browser, clearing your browser data, or opening a tool in a different browser or app, will start you fresh.
Home COO's tools and pages are hosted by third-party providers (currently Cloudflare and Anthropic), which may automatically collect standard technical information, such as IP address and browser type, as part of delivering web pages. That collection is governed by each provider's own privacy policy.
If you email us, we'll only use your address to reply to you. You won't be subscribed to anything.
If Home COO ever collects information from you directly, such as an email address to join a waitlist, this policy will be updated before that happens to explain what's collected and how it's used.
Home COO's free tools are provided as-is, for personal, non-commercial use, to help you organize your household. They're general organization aids, not professional, medical, legal, or financial advice.
We don't guarantee the tools will be error-free or always available, and we may change or discontinue them at any time. You're responsible for keeping a copy of anything you want to hold on to. The "Download PDF" option is the best way to do that.
We want Home COO's tools to work for everyone. They're built with readable contrast, labeled controls, and keyboard support, and we check them on both phones and desktops.
